Job Role: Skilled Care Provider

A leading provider of aged care services in Western Australia is seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate residents' health through comprehensive assessments
  • Administer medication safely and effectively
  • Promote falls prevention strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation for residents, ensuring precise care planning and relevant supporting documents
  • Supervise daily delivery of care plans
  • Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to care staff
  • Adhere to occupational health and safety guidelines, aligning with aged care standards and risk management practices
Requirements
  • Hold current registration with AHPRA
  • Comply with COVID-19 and flu vaccination policies
  • Obtain a national police clearance within six months of commencement
  • Hold NDIS clearance or be willing to obtain it
  • Satisfactorily complete pre-employment medical and reference checks
