About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis. You will have the opportunity to work autonomously and cohesively across multiple teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers and respond to queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Reconcile customer accounts, ensure accurate records and maintain high levels of attention to detail.
- Prepare invoices for country customers, utilizing strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Conduct daily stock takes of milk in the warehouse, identifying any discrepancies or issues that may impact operations.
- Remove expired or damaged stock, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Prepare delivery documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Regularly update previous days' orders in the system, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Enter receipt details from suppliers, accurately processing payments and updating records.
Requirements:
- Demonstrate advanced computer and MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), with the ability to learn and adapt new software quickly.
- Prior experience in the Transport industry is highly regarded, but not essential. A willingness to learn and expand knowledge is key to success in this role.
- Showcase superior attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Able to pass medical and drug and alcohol screenings, as well as possess a current driving license and reliable transportation.
- Display a willingness to learn and expand knowledge, with a strong desire to grow and develop within the company.
- The right to work in Australia is essential for this position.
