About the Opportunity

As a vital component of our organization, our Storage Specialists work closely with customers to deliver exceptional service. We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Part Time Storage Specialist to join our team in Perth City and surrounding areas.

This role involves working across multiple departments, handling customer inquiries, conducting centre tours, maintaining centre presentation and operational duties, managing administrative tasks, achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring centre safety and security.

To succeed in this position, you will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build relationships with customers and stakeholders, demonstrate a customer-centric and sales-oriented mindset, and have proficient technology and multitasking abilities.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, showcasing facilities through centre tours, and ensuring centre cleanliness and operational duties are maintained at high standards.

We are looking for a motivated and proactive individual who is capable of working well in a team environment while also being autonomous when necessary.
