Bates Smart Design Studio seeks a skilled Marketing Coordinator to join their award-winning architectural and interiors practice. This role is ideal for someone eager to expand their experience in an all-rounder position.

  • Creating day-to-day marketing communications collateral such as project sheets, credentials, and presentations, in line with brand guidelines
  • Photoshoot strategy, coordination, and attendance
  • Websites and intranet content creation and upload (Wordpress)
  • Social media content creation, including graphics and text
  • Digital communications and direct email campaigns (Campaign Monitor)
  • Preparing submission materials for industry awards
  • Marketing administration tasks
  • Project-based tasks as required
  • Maintaining image resource libraries (OpenAsset)
  • Maintaining Awards Calendar and Media Log
  • Assisting on submissions and team CVs

A degree in Marketing / Communications / Graphic Design / Architecture + Design is required. The candidate should have ability to write and proofread copy across various communication channels, experience with digital communications and content creation, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign and Photoshop. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills – visual and written are also necessary.
