We also love working with our local producers to represent what the region has best to offer.About the Position:We are searching for an engaging, courteous café all-rounder who is passionate about food and beverage preparation.
The café all-rounder will greet customers, answer their questions, take orders, accept payments and make coffee and other beverages.
You will also maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace, update displays.To succeed as a café all-rounder, you should be committed to providing customers with excellent service.
You should be positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite.Responsibilities:Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.Preparing foods, such as sandwiches or baked goods, and grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.Packaging food and beverages for sale.Cleaning and restocking work areas, emptying trash and sanitizing equipment and utensils.Updating signage and displays to attract customers.Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases, at tables, or behind the counter.Working as part of a fun, high-energy team.Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.About YouExperience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.Exceptional listening and communication skills.Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.Availability to work around peak hours, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.Employee rewards and recognition programDiscounted accommodation rates at Ingenia Holiday parksGreat opportunity to join a growing companyIf you wish to join a successful team in a growing company, please click on the Apply for this job button and submit your resumePlease note that to be considered for this role you must be able to work in Australia and be residing in Australia at the time of application.
