Alcentre Group Pty Ltd is a market-leading supplier of domestic and commercial Aluminium materials. The company is in a growth phase and is seeking an Office Assistant/All Rounder to assist in its development.
**Duties include, but are not limited to**:
- Answering & directing phone calls
- Assisting customers at the Trade Counter
- Providing support on the day to day running of the business
- General office admin duties
- Picking orders
- Sales and purchase order processing
- Providing customers with updated order status information
- Accounting duties
**Key skills and attributes required for this role are**
- Be a reliable, enthusiastic, team player
- Be organised, self-motivated & have a can-do attitude
- Be a quick learner with excellent computer skills
- An ability to meet high customer service standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have a high level of attention to detail & initiative
