The role of Family Group Conference Specialist is to support vulnerable families in making decisions about the care and safety of their children.
- Develop and implement plans for the care and safety of children with family members.
- Engage with service providers and other professionals to achieve best outcomes for children.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Contribute to program development and evaluation within the unit.
Requirements:
- High level written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
