Job Description:

As a key member of our design and execution team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality control systems solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop control systems solutions for complex industrial projects;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget;
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers;
  • Develop and maintain PLC and SCADA programming skills;
  • Interpret electrical schematics and develop control system designs based on these and other design inputs;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues;
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients in writing and in person;
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate has an engineering degree or similar tertiary qualifications, experience in Australian Iron Ore mining projects/operations, and demonstrated experience working in a project environment for either a systems integrator, OEM, or EPCM. Additionally, the candidate should have relevant PLC programming experience, such as Rockwell, Schneider, GE/Emerson, and relevant SCADA programming experience, including Citect, FactoryTalk View, Wonderware, and Cimplicity.
