Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project support, including planning, reporting, and coordination of tasks
  • Monitor project progress and prepare accurate documentation
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to share information and support outcomes
  • Contribute to policy, process, or program development as required
  • Assist with research, analysis, and preparation of briefing materials
  • Support team operations with administration and record-keeping
Requirements
  • Previous experience in project, program, or policy support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Benefits
  • A competitive hourly rate of $55.24 per hour for APS 5 - $60.26 per hour for APS 6, plus casual loading and superannuation
  • Full-time role with hybrid working arrangements available after training period
