Job Title:

Maximo Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to enhance asset management processes and system functionality.
  • Customize applications, automations, escalations, and reports to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot issues, manage product fixes with vendors, and ensure the system remains robust and aligned with best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance, training, and clear documentation to enable organization-wide adoption of asset management solutions.
  • Collaborate with asset owners, subject matter experts, and vendors to ensure Maximo solutions support strategic asset management goals.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and integration activities to deliver enhancements that drive efficiency, data integrity, and informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in Maximo development and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices.
  • Excellent technical skills, with ability to design and implement complex solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance, training, and clear documentation.

The successful candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of Maximo and play a key role in the ongoing development, enhancement, and technical support of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
