Corporate Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our national Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers across multiple teams to understand their hiring needs and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within a large corporate environment. They will have a proven track record of delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions and be able to operate autonomously, driving own outcomes.
In this key role, you will develop a deep understanding of our employer brand, EVP, and employee benefits to effectively communicate our point of difference with potential candidates. You will collaborate with the People and Culture team and senior stakeholders to understand changing business needs and identify talent requirements.
Key responsibilities include taking ownership of end-to-end recruitment for various positions, drafting job advertisements, candidate screening, interview scheduling, offers, and pre-employment checks. You will also provide an exceptional level of candidate care to manage engagement with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within a large corporate environment
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions
- Ability to operate autonomously, driving own outcomes
- Demonstrated experience in building and managing talent pools
- Proven influencing and stakeholder management exposure
- Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
