  • Prepare and serve meals safely and hygienically, meeting taste, presentation, and dietary standards.
  • Follow established food safety procedures, including temperature control and allergen management.
  • Support stock deliveries, storage, and rotation using first-in-first-out (FIFO) principles.
  • Maintain accurate records of temperatures, cleaning schedules, and goods received.
