Mandoon Estate, a highly awarded boutique winery located in the Swan Valley, is seeking dynamic, motivated, and enthusiastic Kitchen Hands to join our team. Our estate features a Micro-Brewery, Restaurant, Function Centre, Deli, Private Wine Room, Cellar Door, 4 Bars, an arts centre, and boutique accommodation. This role is ideal for high school students or school leavers.

This is a hands-on position requiring weekend and evening work. The main kitchen services multiple areas of the estate and demands a team player capable of working efficiently under pressure.

You Will Need To Be Able To Demonstrate
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, professional, and demanding kitchen
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Physical capacity to work on your feet for long hours
  • A high level of common sense
  • Ability to listen and follow instructions
  • Trustworthiness to make quick decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer contact
  • Ability to carry heavy objects safely
  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen (highly regarded)
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Passion for quality food and customer service
  • Strong work ethic and multitasking ability
  • Right to work in Australia
