We're seeking a passionate hospitality professional with experience in high-volume kitchens. As a Sous Chef, you'll lead a talented team, mentoring and developing their skills. Your ability to manage service, prep, and ordering with precision will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or senior CDP, with a strong understanding of cost control, budgets, and KPIs. They'll be proactive in menu development and innovation, able to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
