Job Title: Key Account Liaison
The position of Key Account Liaison plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless interactions between clients and the internal team. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with staff, clients, and suppliers alike. You should also be able to analyze processes and implement improvements for continuous efficiency.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience in equipment and machinery. Experience in Agriculture is also beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective communication with both clients and the internal team to meet all operations, processes, and deadlines efficiently.
- Perform product delivery and set-up while ensuring optimal equipment performance.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Agriculture and/or Mechanical trade background.
- Comfortable with manual labor tasks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities within the scope of responsibility.
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and works well with minimal supervision.
