Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering expert support and tailored solutions to our clients. You will work closely with golf courses, sports turf professionals, and government operations to understand their unique needs and recommend cutting-edge equipment that drives performance and efficiency.

  • Maintains current product knowledge on features and benefits of all Agricultural, Golf and Sports Turf equipment.
  • Provides product expertise and support.
  • Participates in Sales Training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge.
  • Maintains all customer information for sales management using sales systems and tools.
  • Knows and follows a defined sales process accurately and in an appropriately timely manner.
  • Conducts new equipment field demonstrations.
  • Maintains current knowledge of financing options to assist customers.

About You

The successful applicant will have/be:

  • 3+ years equipment sales experience.
  • Knowledge of agricultural or turf equipment and turf operational practices preferred.
  • Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • Excellent customer relationship skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret basic sales reports.
