Pet Care Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Pet Care Sales Associate to join our team.
This role involves providing exceptional customer service, inspiring and educating customers on the best care and products for their pets, and achieving sales targets.
You will be responsible for creating memorable interactions with customers, building strong relationships and rapport with colleagues, and contributing to a supportive culture in-store.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for animals, experience in a similar retail environment, and a demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Physically fit and able to lift products up to 20kgs, this role also requires flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays.
Main Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences.
- Inspire and educate customers on pet care and products through knowledge gained.
- Achieve sales targets by completing transactions and working with the team.
- Maintain a high standard of store presentation and contribute to a fun and supportive culture.
- Stay up-to-date on pet care, products, and services provided.
