Key Responsibilities
  • Offer guidance and support to Defence personnel and their families on claims processes, including pensions and benefits.
  • Assist applicants throughout the government application process to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Effectively navigate relevant government departments and ensure timely submission of accurate information.
Requirements
  • Compensation Advocate or working towards
  • Understanding of defence-related illnesses and conditions
  • Ability to establish meaningful relationships internally and externally
  • Highly developed communication skills and ability to prioritise, manage and solve procedures
