Claims Advisor Role

The Claims Advisor will assist clients throughout the application process with relevant government departments, aiming for the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and build meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Highly developed communication skills and problem-solving abilities

To succeed in this role, you will possess strong advocacy skills, an understanding of defence-related illnesses and conditions, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
