We are seeking an experienced Claims Advisor to join our team based at the Veteran & Family Hub in Queanbeyan.

Job Overview

RSL LifeCare provides care and services to veterans and seniors, creating proud communities living their best lives. As a Claims Advisor, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by providing guidance and support to current and former Defence personnel and their families.

You will assist them throughout the application process with relevant government departments, aiming to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compensation Advocacy or working towards it
  • Understanding of defence-related illnesses and conditions
  • Establishing and building meaningful relationships internally and externally
  • Highly developed communication skills and ability to prioritise, manage and problem solve procedures
