Job Overview

This role will see you taking the lead in developing and implementing a comprehensive asset performance framework that includes standards, measures, and management processes for continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing the workstream plan by addressing resource needs, stakeholder roles, and governance, while ensuring effective communication, tracking progress, and reporting challenges to the relevant stakeholders.

  • Develop a framework that integrates digital visualisation of insights throughout the asset lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support the development and adoption of enterprise asset performance standards, measures, monitoring and reporting processes across the asset lifecycle.

As part of this role, you will provide support across the business on the operation of asset management models and the state of assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of a comprehensive asset performance framework that integrates digital visualisation of insights.
  • Implement the workstream plan, addressing resource needs, stakeholder roles, and governance.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders to promote the adoption of enterprise asset performance standards.
  • Provide support across the business on asset management models and asset states.

Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in developing and applying asset performance models.
  • Ability to extract insights from data and develop KPIs.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with data visualisation tools and IT systems, as well as knowledge of asset performance frameworks and asset reliability models.
