Job Title: Payment Product Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Payment Product Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the Domestic Payments team, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing management and development of domestic payments products.

Your responsibilities will include supporting product management activities, assisting with change management requirements, and liaising with business and technical stakeholders to understand prioritization and drive delivery timelines.

You will also be responsible for performing analyst tasks required for various reporting, investigation, complaint/risk management, and other insight gathering activities.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in product management or relevant analyst experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and work autonomously.
