Senior Practice Lead

The Senior Practice Lead will oversee the development and implementation of a strategic approach to building capability and driving change within our organization.

This role will involve coordinating various activities that impact on the strategic or operational outcomes supporting our objectives, including:

  • Designing and leading the development of practice leadership approaches to create a consistent, evidence-informed workforce.
  • Supporting the implementation of evidence-based practices into policy and procedures.
  • Maintaining relationships across the organization to achieve collaborative goals.
  • Project management, record-keeping, and reporting.
Requirements

To succeed as the Senior Practice Lead, you will need:

  • A Bachelor-level qualification in public health, disability, psychology, allied health, or a related discipline.
  • Expertise in behavioural insights and workforce development.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of evidence-based decision-making and knowledge translation strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Australian Citizenship.
