About the Role:We are seeking an experienced business operations director to lead our innovative clinic through an exciting transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and strategic functions of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage budgets, conduct fortnightly reviews, and prepare monthly financial reports.
- Drive strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Streamline clinic operations through systematisation and dashboard management.
- Lead and support reception staff, monitor referral conversions, and optimise bookings.
- Coordinate marketing efforts, including newsletters and outreach activities.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and foster a positive team culture.
- Proven experience in business management or healthcare operations.
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting and forecasting skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams effectively.
- Desirable: experience in mental health services, healthcare compliance, or marketing.
- A competitive base salary.
