We are partnering exclusively with a premium Australian retailer to find a talented and experienced Retail Manager to lead two boutique stores in beautiful Broome. About The Role

As the Dual Site Retail Manager, you'll lead the daily operations and teams across two distinct store concepts. You'll be responsible for driving commercial performance, fostering a premium customer experience, and maintaining strong operational and visual merchandising standards. You'll also collaborate with external partners, contribute to product development, and play a key role in promoting local tourism experiences through in-store education and tour bookings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate and manage high-performing teams across both sites
  • Deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences to all customers, including VIP clientele
  • Manage P&L, sales performance and KPI reporting across both boutiques
  • Maintain strong relationships with local tourism operators and external partners
  • Oversee inventory, replenishment, and boutique presentation standards
  • Coordinate in-store events and guided experiences to drive brand engagement
  • Recruit, onboard, train and develop team members
  • Ensure compliance with operational policies and brand standards

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Retail Manager, ideally in premium or high-end retail
  • Strong sales leadership with a track record of achieving targets and building client relationships
  • Previous experience or interest in jewellery, accessories, or luxury goods (highly desirable)
  • Excellent people management, communication and organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail in store presentation and product curation
  • A confident, professional presence with the ability to lead from the front
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for delivering unforgettable customer experiences
