Our team is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to elevate our customer communications and drive meaningful impact. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering data-driven customer journeys that increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
You will use your technical expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build and manage automated, multi-step journeys that are personalized and insight-led. Your goal will be to optimize existing lifecycle programs and introduce new automation opportunities where gaps exist.
In this position, you will:
- Design and deliver data-driven customer experiences that foster loyalty and growth.
- Develop and implement automated customer journeys that are tailored to individual needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Define and track key performance metrics, using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Key qualifications include:
- 5+ years' experience in CRM, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and data extensions.
- A strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategies that drive retention and engagement.
- Proven ability to design and implement automated customer journeys.
- An analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable insights.
