Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee operations across metro and West Victoria.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide strong operational leadership across Residential Aged Care homes in their designated region.

  • Manage multiple Residential Aged Care sites in the West VIC region.
  • Achieve operational and financial targets by fostering a performance-based culture.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and enhance aged care services in line with organisational goals.
  • Drive service integration across residential aged care, home care, and health services.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a Regional Manager or equivalent operational leadership role, ideally in aged care or a multidisciplinary health setting.
  • Strong people management skills, including career development, succession planning, and change management.
  • Demonstrated business acumen with expertise in residential operations, budgets, AN-ACC, accreditation, and aged care standards.
  • High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A focus on values-driven leadership and person-centred care.
