Dental Assistant Trainee Opportunity

Join our comprehensive traineeship program to kickstart your career in dental healthcare. This 12-month program provides hands-on training and valuable industry insights, preparing you for a rewarding role as a Dental Assistant.

About the Program
  • This traineeship spans 12 months, with a competitive salary throughout the program.
  • You will work closely with Dentists, Hygienists, and experienced Dental Assistants, developing skills in instrument sterilization, patient care management, and room preparation.
  • Classroom training through TAFE is also provided, expanding your theoretical knowledge of dental healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
  • Patient care management: greeting and meeting patients, making follow-up appointments, and entering patient details into records.
  • Instrument sterilization and maintaining a clean clinical environment.
  • Preparing rooms for treatment and supporting Dentists and Hygienists.
Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to quickly build rapport with patients.
  • Highly developed time management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
  • Passion for the healthcare industry and ability to learn.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and complete the requirements of Cert III in Dental Assisting.
