The role of Digital Account Director is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for driving the success of our video product. As a strategic leader, you will bridge the gaps between technology partners, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective campaign delivery.

This role requires a visionary thinker with a knack for solution-finding and a passion for enhancing customer experiences. You will be accountable for ensuring all client and agency queries are addressed promptly and effectively, while also providing expert recommendations to clients.

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for agency and client inquiries related to our video product, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and questions.
  • You will also be accountable for producing client recommendations that exceed their expectations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor campaign dashboards and KPIs to assess product performance and provide actionable insights to technology partners.
  • Business Development Support: Assist in identifying potential new business opportunities and targeting existing clients who have not opted in.
  • Work to safeguard existing client relationships and address concerns about our video solution.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with technology partners to continuously streamline and enhance campaign delivery workflows and processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Product Development: Collect and evaluate feedback from users and stakeholders to identify opportunities for product improvement and iteration, enhancing the overall user experience.

Key skills required: Experience in digital planning, video knowledge is advantageous, sound understanding of ad-tech platforms, strong analytical skills, and ability to articulate complex figures into a compelling narrative.
