Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Account Director to spearhead our video product, PMX Lift. The successful candidate will be responsible for bridging communication and operational gaps between our technology partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for enhancing customer experiences.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agency and client inquiries related to PMX Lift, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues and questions.
  • Develop targeted client recommendations to drive growth.
  • Proactively monitor campaign dashboards and KPIs to assess product performance and provide actionable insights to our technology partner.
  • Collaborate with our Head of Video to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Promote a culture of excellence by safeguarding existing client relationships and addressing concerns about the PMX Lift solution.
  • Work closely with our technology partners to streamline campaign delivery workflows and processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Gather and evaluate user feedback to inform product improvement and iteration strategies, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Preferred experience in advertising or tech backgrounds
  • A high level of attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and capacity to work under pressure
  • Experience in digital planning and a strong understanding of video knowledge
  • Familiarity with ad-tech concepts, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, verification technology, adserving, and RTB
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to articulate complex data into clear narratives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations
