Business Analyst Role

The Business Analyst plays a key role in collaborating with teams across all divisions to understand and document business workflows, processes, and requirements. Working closely with stakeholders and project teams, the BA ensures these elements are thoroughly understood and accurately captured to support the development of effective solutions.

This role is focused on identifying and analysing business processes with the potential to be enhanced through the application of enterprise AI solutions. Responsibilities include: engaging with stakeholders to gather and clarify workflows and requirements; analysing current processes to identify opportunities for improvement, particularly where AI solutions may apply; translating and documenting complex business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and processes; collaborating with project teams to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in solution design, testing, and delivery; and facilitating workshops, interviews, and discovery activities to engage stakeholders and uncover opportunities.

We're looking for someone with 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a media industry, with strong ability to analyse and document business processes, workflows, and requirements. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering in demanding, fast-paced environments and excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships and facilitate collaboration.
