Job Overview

The Senior Process Governance Analyst will provide critical support to the Manager, Business Process & Analysis Practice and broader practice team in leading process governance and assurance activities.

This role is focused on implementing and embedding an enterprise-wide business process hub and spoke model, ensuring consistency and quality in process management across the organization.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Community of Practice (CoP) events and initiatives, championing governance and assurance frameworks, and working closely with the enterprise to educate and upskill in the area of Process Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and enforce process governance frameworks/procedures to ensure consistency and quality in process management across the organization.
  • Define and maintain process ownership structures across the organization.
  • Ensure alignment of processes with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain a central repository of process documentation and ensure it remains up-to-date.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Senior Business Process Analyst or Senior Business Analyst.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office suite (including Visio, Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint, Project, and Teams).
  • Intermediate-level data analytics/reporting/insights capability.
  • Expertise with Lean Sigma/DMAIC.
