This is an initial short term engagement that sits within a dynamic transformation team, supporting initiatives to optimise and standardise processes across business and technology functions.
You'll play a key role in mapping, analysing, and improving current and future state processes to enable successful program delivery.

Key Responsibilities Facilitate workshops and work closely with business and IT teams to capture current-state processes and identify future-state improvements Map and document business processes using BPMN standards and Microsoft Visio Analyse process performance and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and standardisation Support transformation initiatives by ensuring process alignment with program goals and system changes Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to validate requirements and ensure accurate documentation Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the broader transformation portfolio Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience as a Process Analyst with a strong process improvement focus Proficiency in BPMN and advanced skills using Microsoft Visio Experience working on IT transformation, digital change, or enterprise-level projects Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Telecommunications industry experience is highly desirable, but not essential Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Contract Job function Job function Information Technology Telecommunications Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at MAP TALENT by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for "Process Analyst" roles.
