Project Maintenance Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Maintenance Manager to lead our site asset management and maintenance operations.

As a key member of our team, you will drive asset health, performance, and reliability while fostering strong relationships with both your team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding maintenance outcomes for earthmoving equipment in a demanding mining environment
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team through guidance, support, and clear direction
  • Drive improvements in productivity, efficiency, and cost management
  • Develop and execute effective maintenance management strategies
  • Build and maintain a strong safety-focused culture on site
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mechanical trade qualification with relevant mobile plant experience (CAT, Hitachi etc)
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management practices and workflows
  • Ability to collaborate with clients and prioritise maintenance needs within complex site environments
  • Excellent planning, communication, and time management skills
  • Proven leadership and team development capability
  • Solid understanding of HSET requirements in NSW Mining
  • Commercial and financial awareness in line with project goals
