
Building and Sustaining Asset Integrity

This role is responsible for leading equipment asset integrity and reliability activities. You will work with our team to develop OEM reporting, review proposed upgrades, and ensure current business and site safety practices are included.
- Provide technical advice on asset integrity activities to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assess maintenance practices, monitor, and refine maintenance plans, adding value to preventative maintenance tasks.
- Lead projects to sustain or improve Hitachi Mining Equipment maintenance and productivity performance.
- Manage and resolve technical issues, primarily with mining equipment when required.
Requirements:
- Experience with Mobile Equipment maintenance in the Australian Mining Industry.
- Good understanding of component failure analysis and assessment knowledge.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement at operational levels.
- Engineering qualifications in the relevant field preferred.
- Significant asset management experience in the Coal & Iron Ore open cut mining industry.
- Strong analytic, strategic, management, and relationship skills.
