Job Description">

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Specialist to lead equipment asset integrity and reliability activities at our customer site.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing OEM reporting to capture the accurate assessment of infield maintenance requirements.

  • Reviewing proposed upgrades and work procedures to ensure current business and site safety practices and requirements are included.
  • Providing technical advice to operations and maintenance teams on asset integrity activities.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assessing maintenance practices and refining maintenance plans.
  • Leading projects to sustain or improve Hitachi Mining Equipment maintenance and productivity performance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with Mobile Equipment maintenance within the Australian Mining Industry.
  • A good understanding of component failure analysis and assessment knowledge.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement at operational levels.
  • Engineering qualifications in the relevant field would be preferred.
  • Significant asset management experience in the Coal & Iron Ore open cut mining industry.
