Equipment Reliability Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Reliability Specialist to lead our asset integrity and reliability activities.

  • This role requires reviewing proposed upgrades and work procedures to ensure current business practices, site safety protocols, and regulatory compliance are met.
  • The successful candidate will provide technical advice to operations and maintenance teams on asset integrity activities to guarantee regulatory adherence.
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, leveraging your excellent communication skills.

About You:

  • As an experienced professional in mobile equipment maintenance within the Australian mining industry, you have a solid understanding of component failure analysis and assessment knowledge.
  • Your stakeholder management and engagement skills are demonstrated through previous roles, where you effectively managed operational-level interactions.
  • An engineering qualification in a relevant field is preferred, but not required. What matters most is your significant experience in asset management within the coal and iron ore open-cut mining industry.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, management, and relationship skills are essential for success in this role.
