Job Title: Chef De Partie

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef De Partie to join our culinary team at Oaks Hotels. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside and support kitchen team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
  • Maintain stock control and ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
  • Devise new menu items in consultation with the Head Chef.
  • Be flexible to work a range of different shifts, including weekends.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III cookery qualifications.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude and a passion for cooking.
  • Able to work in the Grill/Larder Section.
  • Pastry/Bakery experience will be a bonus.
  • Able to work flexibly as per the roster in all the operations: Lunch, Breakfast & Dinner.
