Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of customer accounts and contracts.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Project setup, customer invoicing, monthly accounting close, balance sheet reconciliations
  • Preparing and posting journal entries, reviewing and analyzing financial statements and ledger activities
  • Interaction with operations and finance teams to understand business needs and drive process improvements
  • Balance sheet fluctuation commentary and maintenance of compliance with corporate accounting policy
  • Support internal and external auditor processes for statutory audits and/or quarterly reporting

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong communication and time management skills are essential in this role. Additionally, the candidate should be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
