Transform the embedded Linux experience with a cutting-edge, secure, and reliable operating system in the IoT market. This is an opportunity for a technical engineering leader passionate about open source software, Linux, containers, security, and developer experience to shape the future of Linux from smallest systems up to desktops.

This challenging role demands a high degree of technical and leadership skill. As a mid-senior level full-time position, you will be responsible for building and leading a distributed team of engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback, and hands-on career development.

You will demonstrate sound engineering principles by directly contributing toward your team's goals. Additionally, you will support timely delivery of technical solutions to address business needs, effectively set and manage expectations with other engineering teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.

As an advocate for modern agile software development practices, you will help develop and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices. You will grow a healthy, collaborative engineering culture in line with our company values, working closely with other leaders in the organisation.
