Job Title

A senior technology leader is required to drive digital transformation and lead complex tech projects. As a principal architect, you will partner with clients to define IT strategies, architecture solutions, and win buy-in for recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technology cases or tech modules within a project to solve client problems.
  • Apply speciality/generalist consulting skills to strategic digital & technology questions.
  • Collaborate with BCGers to transform client potential into performance.
Requirements
  1. 10-15+ years' experience in strategy, management, or technology consultancy.
  2. Digital/technology and/or industry experience.
  3. Senior Technology Leader/Senior Manager/Director - Enterprise Architect with extensive experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) program/project delivery ideally with SAP.
  4. In-depth knowledge of architecting solutions at an enterprise scale.
  5. Experience leading high performing technology case/project/delivery teams.
  6. Credible technology leader with a passion for capability build, driving, developing, and publishing thought leadership articles.
  7. Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability, and conceptual thinking.
  8. Excellent communication, story-lining, client facing, and consulting skills.
  9. Commercial/strategic mindset, presence, and senior gravitas.
  10. Enterprise architectural frameworks and methods including TOGAF and/or related certifications.
  11. Bachelors degree preferably in an IT/Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
  12. MBA, Masters, or PhD will be highly regarded.
