We're seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Sydney on a full-time or part-time basis. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work closely with clients, insurers, medical practitioners and employers to achieve outcomes that benefit everyone involved.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting vocational assessments to help individuals recover and return to work
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders to deliver targeted intervention strategies and improve life independence, vocational capacity and functional performance
  • Understanding various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes to ensure seamless support for clients

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling and ASORC Accreditation
  • A confident approach towards engaging with diverse stakeholders and building strong relationships
  • An inclusive attitude towards working with people from different cultural backgrounds
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Determination to provide exceptional customer service
  • Effective time management and travel requirements (current vehicle and driver's licence necessary)
