Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers and visitors at reception with professionalism
  • Ensuring our customers have the best experience with our services
  • Supporting the team with daily operations
  • Effectively keeping customers updated on delivery lead times
  • Conducting repair inspections on vehicles
  • Exploring customer needs and educating them on our full range of services
  • Scheduling repair bookings
  • Resolving customer issues and following up on queries

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current driver's license
  • The ability to resolve issues and find solutions for customers
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills
