Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement holistic care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.

  • Maintain accurate records of medication administration, interventions, and progress notes, ensuring seamless care and detailed medical record keeping.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver resident-focused continuity of care models, aligning with Regis Aged Care's best practices.
