Senior Aged Care Nurse Leader in Rosebud

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Registered Nurse I to join our passionate team at Regis Rosebud, where you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people and their families.

The Opportunity:
As a Senior Registered Nurse I , you'll have the opportunity to lead by example, overseeing the nursing care in our facility and working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional resident-focused care models. You'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable management of medication, developing and implementing care plans that meet each resident's unique needs, and providing education and support to colleagues to enhance their skills and confidence.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the nursing team in Regis Rosebud, promoting a culture of compassion, empathy, and respect for all residents and staff
- Develop and implement individualised care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of each resident
- Manage medication administration, including ordering and reviewing medications, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to enhance their skills and confidence

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
