Advanced Practitioner in Aged Care

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner in Aged Care to join our team at Regis, a leading provider of aged care services in Australia.
**Role Overview**
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate team dedicated to delivering high-quality person-centered care to our residents. As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to our nursing staff, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care that meets the needs of our residents.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and participate in the delivery of high-standard resident care, promoting a culture of compassion and respect within our homes.
- Contribute to comprehensive individual holistic assessments and care plans for new and existing residents, evaluating care outcomes as per policy.
- Ensure timely completion of clinical documentation and review of assessments by RNs.
- Daily responsibility for emergency, safety, and infection control procedures, adhering to established policies.
**Requirements**
- A passion for caring for others, demonstrated through previous experience in aged care.
- Commitment to a holistic care approach, supporting residents to achieve their goals and meet their needs.
- Current AHPRA registration (Nursing).
- Understanding or ability to learn the AN-ACC funding system attributes.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

**Salary Range:** AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
