Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full clinical oversight of the facility, including all clinical reporting and documentation, staff training, and ongoing management and support to care staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, with a focus on customer service and ensuring adherence to safe practices and WHS requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality care for residents.
  • Develop and implement effective clinical strategies to improve resident outcomes.
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the Facility Manager and leadership team to ensure consistent compliance with Aged Care standards and Regis policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • A current Registered Nurse qualification with AHPRA registration.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience as a Clinical Manager.
  • Strong IT skills, including experience using a care management system.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
