
Child Development Services Manager

Overview:
This role presents a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team of Child Development Specialists in delivering high-quality services to children under 7 years with developmental delay or disability. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play an important part in leading key change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Child Development Specialists to provide a range of flexible and responsive supports for children and families.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver services across multiple locations, including Caboolture/Strathpine, Brisbane, and Beenleigh.
- Support the team to develop and implement effective strategies to meet service deliverables and improve outcomes for children and families.
- Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for service improvements and build partnerships within the community to coordinate and improve services.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree qualification in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, an Allied Health discipline, Psychology, or a related area.
- Proven experience in leading teams to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to build and develop an engaged, high-performing team.
- Comprehensive management skills, including conflict resolution, troubleshooting, and managing multiple deadlines.
