Job Title: Child Development Service Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to coordinate and support our team of frontline clinical staff for the Child Development Service.

This role requires flexibility and adaptability, with two locations: Coorparoo Child Development and Keperra Child Development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and their families, providing professional customer service and phone support.
  • Provide information on service locations and patient whereabouts within facilities.
  • Manage correspondence, deliveries, and administrative tasks to support patient flow and care.
  • Maintain data integrity by checking patient information and billing systems.
  • Comply with policies and procedures for medical and administrative records.
