Job Title: Child Development Service Coordinator
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to coordinate and support our team of frontline clinical staff for the Child Development Service.
This role requires flexibility and adaptability, with two locations: Coorparoo Child Development and Keperra Child Development.
Key Responsibilities- Greet patients and their families, providing professional customer service and phone support.
- Provide information on service locations and patient whereabouts within facilities.
- Manage correspondence, deliveries, and administrative tasks to support patient flow and care.
- Maintain data integrity by checking patient information and billing systems.
- Comply with policies and procedures for medical and administrative records.

- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and billing systems.
