User-Centric Digital Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned digital experience specialist to join our team.
- In this role, you will design and develop user-centric digital experiences that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design, with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.
- You will work closely with service teams, IT, and external vendors to design and refine user-centred solutions.
In addition to your technical skills, you must have strong communication skills and be able to influence stakeholders and translate complex requirements into intuitive design.
- A Tertiary degree in a design field or extensive experience is required for this position.
- Strong understanding of how digital experience platforms can support organisational and customer outcomes.
- Familiarity with tools such as voice of the customer systems, telephony platforms, and workforce optimisation technologies.
- Confidence using data and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL to support design decisions and track impact.
